SureKap VersaKap Pump and Spray Capper
The VersaKap from SureKap, an Excelis company, brings automatic pump, sprayer, and specialty-cap handling to your packaging operation. This compact, single-head capping machine places and torques closures at speeds of 25–50 bottles per minute, depending on the container and cap style.
Part of the Excelis packaging equipment portfolio, VersaKap combines a stainless-steel frame with servo-controlled capping and programmable torque settings. A single HMI allows adjustments to torque and motion profiles, while integrated bottle separation and indexing support accurate placement. Onboard quality control measures applied torque in real time and rejects improperly torqued caps.
